- Mail post cards to the top 500 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
- Email over 16,000 agents in multiple states to introduce your property.
- Create short story videos for emailing campaigns and social media.
- Build a unique website for the property.
- Promote your property at the company sales meetings.
- Partner with local Keller Williams offices and other local real estate offices for maximum exposure.
- Promote through the Keller Williams Entertainment and Athletic divisions.
- Contact our active buyers to show them your property.
- Follow up aggressively with agents who have shown your home for feedback and to get an offer.
- Give you regular feedback from showings, open houses, and update you on any listing changes in the marketplace.
- If the property isn’t sold in the first 14 days, a re-evaluation of price and marketing efforts will be conducted for a relaunch of the listing.
- Negotiate hard for the best possible price and terms.
- Cross-approve the prospective buyers by my direct lender to make sure they can get a loan.
- Attend all buyer inspections and appraisal of your property with comps and our knowledge of the marketplace to ensure value.
- Handle all the escrow follow up including finance, title, & other closing procedures to make sure escrow closes on time.
- Close escrow.
